The Fox
Quick-witted and brave, but very lost. The fox wakes up on Maple Island
one day with no memories of how he got there or what he was doing before he got there.
His equipment suggests he was an adventurer even before the start of Maple Forest, however.
Because incredible storms around Maple Island make leaving impossible, the Fox decides to explore
the island to uncover its mysteries, hopefully opening up a way for him to leave and head back home.
He is our main character on this quest!
The Mermaid
A beautiful and sweet girl who seems to have taken a liking to the fox. She's a great friend who'll
help you along in your journey. She's a little shy, but she tries hiding it with a cool attitude.
She's not really fooling anyone, though.
Toraneko
A friendly, air-headed catgirl who lives in the Southern jungles of Maple Island. She meets
the fox by chance one day while out hunting. She's extremely energetic and athletic, but
not the brightest. Because she has a huge amount of energy and a friendly disposition,
she goes out of her way to help people constantly. Because thinking isn't her strong suit, she
accidentally causes trouble sometimes, though!
The Goat
A cute coat in Maple Village. He lives a quiet life eating grass and hanging out
with friends, but he isn't afraid to stand up for himself or others. He has an
extremely kind and pure heart, and is very brave. He says he's very strong,
but nobody has ever seen him angry enough to actually fight someone, so
some people think he's just making things up.
